Victor Hugo Pontes & Dançando com a Diferença

Pirandello’s last play, The Mountain Giants [I giganti della montagna], was interrupted by the author’s death. In his new creation, Victor Hugo Pontes works on this idea–that everything that happens on stage is unfinished. Through this work, we learn that life, even that which can only be seen on stage, can be just a dream, and that each one of us, transformed on stage, can be an artist of the dream. With the company Dançando com a Diferença, the work focuses on the boundaries that separate truth and illusion, but also laughter and tears.
