Sinopse
violetas [violets] is an intimate dance piece where one exists and endures in a minimalist environment. The dancing body is proposed as unique and sufficient. What do we project, what do we assume as we let ourselves go? violetas plays with expectation and perception. The place where it is installed serves as a reflection on itself, where the malleability, complexity and subjectivity of each of the five performers proposes a reflection on performativity, margins, centres and the places in-between. — Vânia Doutel Vaz
