Sinopse
As part of fimp'23, Teatro de Ferro prepared some of the pieces of this performance-installation in which the company proposed to reflect on its own path. Premiered in 2022 at Cultura em Expansão and, in the meantime, presented at the Museu Nacional do Teatro e da Dança, at the invitation of FIMFA Lx and at the Encontro Internacional de Marionetas de Montemor-o-Novo [International Meeting of Puppets of Montemor-o-Novo], it now comes back to life. Some of these scene machines will be activated in the spaces of the Teatro Municipal do Porto, pieces such as Delírio Fabril, There Is No Business and O Brinde will be waiting for us.

Teatro de Ferro was founded in 1999. The company's work has been developed in the field of theatre of and with puppets and objects. Its practice is based on a research logic in which the puppet has assumed a matrix value, in its possible hybridizations. The relations of the body-interpreter with the manipulated object and the implication of each spectator in the construction of this relationship are lines of reflection transversal to the artistic practice of Teatro de Ferro.
