Teatro de Ferro

Created for the TOP-Teatro de Objetos do Porto in 2023 and now part of the Zombie Archive, this is a short performance starring a controversial character from the local gastronomy: A Tripa enfarinhada. Appreciated by some, considered repugnant by many, it is part of popular recipes such as rojões, although it is also served on its own (fried and sprinkled with cumin, for example), this snack is a real enigma. When displayed in the butcher's window, it produces authentic surrealist landscapes... This is a very peculiar and even quite sensitive tripe.
