Descortinar [bread]

Dostoevsky, Pessoa, we all know very well: without bread, no stomach can survive. Bread tells us who we are, and you don't even need to spend much time in line. So much fits into a loaf of bread. But tracing the history of this symbolic food, from germ to bran, would be much more complicated without the help of Francisca Feiteira.

And voilà: thus was born another Descortinar, right in the heart of the Mercado do Bolhão.
