Tickets are non-transferable.

Throughout the year, Teatro Municipal do Porto (TMP) offers PRESENTE!.
A special voucher that corresponds to 1 double ticket for a performance on the Teatro Municipal do Porto programme, in the amount of 12€.
THE PRESENTE! it is available at the ticket offices of Teatro Rivoli and Teatro Campo Alegre or at tmp.bol.pt.
It is valid for one year from the moment of purchase.

Reservations

Reservations must necessarily be collected within a period?of not more than five days, after which they will be automatically cancelled, except for people with specific needs who hold a certificate of multipurpose disability.

In case the reservations are made five days prior to the event, they will remain valid up to 72 hours before the event. No reservations will be made during the three days (72 hours) preceding the event, except for people with specific needs who hold a certificate of multipurpose disability.

Free entry performances are subject to room capacity, and you may need to collect your ticket in advance.

Children under 3 can attend any performance rated "Para todos os públicos" [For all audiences] (Decree-Law no. 23/2014 of February 14).

It is not permitted to enter after the performance has started, unless indicated otherwise by the ushers. In case of delay or inability to access the theatre, the ticket price will not be refunded.
