Inside the Yellow Cocoon Shell

Unexpectedly, Thien receives the news of his sister-in-law's death and is responsible for taking care of his 5-year-old nephew Dao. He returns to the village where he was born, to organize the funeral, and to look for his brother and Dao's father, who left years ago. As he emerges from what appears to be a long state of dormancy, it becomes clear that the search Thien undertakes is not only for his brother, but also for himself. In this cocoon film we feel transported to another reality and immersed in a transcendental discovery awakened by a catastrophe.
