Lobster

Lobster are a guitar (Guilherme Canhão) and drums (Ricardo Martins) duo formed on the outskirts of Lisbon in 2004. Over the next five years, they released an EP - Fast Seafood (2005, Merzbau) - three co-editions - Lobster/Veados com Fome (2006, Lovers & Lollypops), Lobster/Debut! (2007, Merzbau); The Sound of Typewriters/Lobster (2009, Sleepcity Records/Rockit Records) - and an album - Sexually Transmitted Electricity (2007, Bor Land). At the same time, they tirelessly toured the country from north to south with live performances and made two European tours.
In 2025, they return to the stage with their latest material and are preparing to record their next album. — Lovers & Lollypops
