In the 2025-2026 season, a thread connecting the editions of our Make Trouble programme will be performances addressing scenarios of conflict. In a time of seemingly ever-present dilemma, we respond by leaning into dialogues on issues both intimate and societal. Relational dynamics, blacklisting, wars waged and avoided – the artists featured in Make Trouble put their signature on problem areas. Warning: no resolutions promised.
